摘  要:针对独立带负载运行的自励异步发电机(SEIG)端电压易发生突变的特性,为提高SEIG端电压调节能力,本文研究一种采用参数自适应模糊PI控制策略(Fuzzy PI)的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)用于补偿机端电压。分别分析了SEIG和STATCOM的数学模型,在无功补偿环节,使用Fuzzy PI控制算法代替传统双闭环PI控制,以增强STATCOM自适应能力。应用Matlab/Simulink工具箱创建SEIG—STATCOM系统模型,并设计Fuzzy PI控制模块,仿真结果表明本文提出的控制策略可对机端电压进行连续补偿,具有较好调节特性。In order to improve the voltage regulation capability of the SEIG terminal for the selfexcited asynchronous generator(SEIG) terminal with independent load operation, this paper studies a static synchronous compensation using parameter adaptive fuzzy PI control strategy(Fuzzy PI). The STATCOM is used to compensate the terminal voltage. The mathematical models of SEIG and STATCOM are analyzed separately. In the reactive compensation section, the fuzzy PI control algorithm is used to replace the traditional double closed-loop PI control to enhance the STATCOM self-adaptive ability.The Matlab/Simulink toolbox was used to create the SEIG-STATCOM system model, and the Fuzzy PI control module was designed. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can continuously compensate the terminal voltage and has better regulation characteristics.
