论现代社会背景中教育人性化的处境

摘  要:教育与社会并不是二元分立的,而是相互交叉的,所以考察教育人性化的现实处境需要从现代社会的背景出发。现代社会的生产力,在科技的推动下得到了极大提高,随着物资和人员的不断集聚,城市已经成为推动经济发展的重要力量,生产方式愈加呈现出"分割——整合"的特点。处于现代社会中的教育人性化,在教育目的方面面临着解放与压抑、独立与受制的矛盾处境;在教育手段方面,面临着多元与统一、开放与封闭的矛盾处境。上述矛盾处境表明现代社会中的教育并没有真正地将人作为出发点。因此,教育的发展一定要回归人本身。Education and society are not binary separated,but intersect each other,therefore,it is necessary to study the humanized situation of education from the background of modern society. The productivity of modern society has been greatly improved with the promotion of science and technology,Materials and personnel are gathering,cities become engines of economic development,the mode of production presents a characteristic of division-integration,Social relations are complex and diverse. In the aspect of education objectives,the humanistic education in the background of modern society is faced with the contradictory situation of liberation and repression,independence and captive; and in the aspect of education methods,it is faced with the contradictory situation of pluralism and unity,openness and close. The above contradiction shows that education in modern society does not really take people as the starting point,therefore,education needs to return to the people themselves.
