摘  要:[目的]建立一种适用花生仁中有机磷农药残留的测定方法。[方法]利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对花生仁样品进行净化,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术结合选择离子扫描模式(SIM)对样品中14种有机磷农药残留进行定性和定量分析。[结果]有机磷标准溶液在0.1~10.0μg/m L质量浓度时呈良好线性,相关系数(r)不低于0.999,检出限为0.01~0.05 mg/kg。添加水平为1.0、2.0、4.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为80.9%~98.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~6.7%(n=3)。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于花生仁中有机磷农药残留的检测。[ Objective ] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in peanuts. [ Method ] The peanut kernels wele cleaned up by gel pmmeation chromatography (GPC) , a total of 14 organophosphorus pesticide residues in the sam- pie wine qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass speetmmetly (GC-MS) combined with selective ion scanning (SIM). [Result]The good linearity in the range of 0.1-10.0 g/mL,and μall of the eorrelation coefficients wine higher than 0.999.The detection limit was 0.01- 0.05 mg/kg.The average reeovmy of OPPs at standard addition levels of 1.0,2.0 and 4.0 mg/kg was 80.9%-98.4% ,with lelative standard deviation ranging from 2.0% to 6.7% (n= 3). [ Conclusion] The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used tbr the detec- tion of organophosphorus pesticide residues in peanut kernels.
