摘  要:为比较分析膨化加工方法对猕猴饲料主要营养成分的影响,试验随机选择不同批次膨化前的配合粉料和膨化后的颗粒饲料进行常规营养成分、主要维生素、矿物质微量元素及病原微生物含量的测定,并对膨化前后的测定数据进行比较分析。结果表明:饲料经过膨化加工后,水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、维生素等含量及病原微生物数量均出现了不同程度的减少,其中水分和粗脂肪的平均损失比例分别为27.11%和13.94%,而维生素C、维生素B6和维生素B2的平均损失比例分别高达73.86%、68.39%和42.52%,差异极显著(P<0.01);维生素B_(12)和维生素A也有较大损失,平均损失比例分别为28.07%和20.89%,差异显著(P<0.05);膨化加工方法对饲料矿物质微量元素影响不明显,但能有效杀死饲料中的有害微生物。The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the effects of the bulking processing method on the main nutrients of the rhesus monkey feed.Contents determination of conventional nutrients,main vitamins,mineral elements and pathogenic microbes were randomly selected from different batches of powder and expanded pellet feed,compared and analyzed the measured data before and after bulking procedure.The results showed that the contents of water,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,crude ash,vitamins and microorganism reduced after bulking procedure,The average loss ratio of moisture and crude fat were 27.11% and 13.94%separately,the average loss ratio of vitamin C,vitamin B6 and B2 were as high as 73.86%,68.39% and 42.52%separately.The difference was very significant(P 〈 0.01):vitamin B12 and A also have great loss,the average loss ratio were 28.07% and 20.89% separately.The difference was significant(P 〈 0.05).The bulking processing method had no obvious effect on the mineral trace element of feed,but it could effectively kill the harmful microorganisms of rhesus monkey feed.
