摘　　要：现代学徒制是现代高职教育的一种新型培养模式,实行现代学徒制有利于促进企业参与高职院校教育人才培养全过程,提高人才培养质量和针对性;有利于双师型师资队伍建设;有利于带动校企合作、工学结合,引导建筑装饰专业课程设计改革、教学内容更新、教学方法创新,有效推动建筑装饰专业教育的发展和前进。Modern apprenticeship system is a new training mode of modern higher vocational education. The implementation of modern apprenticeship system is conducive to promoting enterprises to participate in the whole process of personnel training in higher vocational education, and improve the quality and pertinence of talent training. It is beneficial to the construction of double-qualified teachers. And it is also beneficial to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, combination of work and study, guide the reform of curriculum design,teaching contents updating and teaching methods innovation of the architectural decoration specialty, and it can effectively promote the development and progress of the education of architectural decoration specialty.
