摘 要:目的了解北京市某三甲医院护理人员的工作压力水平,分析主要压力源及影响因素,为制定针对性的干预措施缓解工作压力提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,对1291名临床护士进行电子问卷调查。结果工作压力得分为2.49±0.53分,表明护士工作压力处于中度水平。护龄与护士压力水平有显著关联(p<0.05)。结论三甲医院的护理人员压力呈中度水平,医院管理人员应从消除主要压力源和降低压力敏感性两方面入手,采取相应干预措施以减轻其工作压力,减少因压力导致的人员流失。Objective To understand the level of work stress in the nurses of class-A tertiary hospital in Beijing, and to analyze the main stressors and risk factors of work stress, so as to provide evidence for developing targeted interventions. Method Electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among 1291 nurses selected by random sampling. Results The score of work stress was 2.49 ~ 0.53, indicating that the nurses were under moderate level of work stress. Years of nursing was statistically associated with the level of work stress (/)〈0.05). Conclusion The work stress of the nurses in the class-A tertiary hospital was at a moderate level. Hospital administrators should explore interventions reducing work stress through removing main stressors and reducing the stress sensitivity to prevent the attrition because of stress.
