摘　　要：衢州位于长江中下游江浙沪地区,其独特的小食宵夜堪称一绝。如今,小食宵夜消费已经成为衢州社会经济和人们休闲娱乐消费的重要组成部分。衢州坊门街小食宵夜,经过长期的发展演变,已形成独特的小食宵夜文化,呈现出南北融合、东西杂糅、数量众多、种类丰富、形式独特等特点,是典型的江南小食文化类型,具有旅游、社交、娱乐、文化传承等多种功能。Qu Zhou is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu and Zhejiang,its unique midnight snack is a must.Today,midnight snack consumption has become an important part of Qu Zhou economic and social recreation consumption.Qu Zhou Fang men door street midnight snack,after a long-term development,has formed a unique snack culture,showing the characteristics of North South integration,hybridity,large quantity,variety,unique form,is a typical type of snacks Jiangnan culture,has the function of social,entertainment,tourism,cultural heritage etc..
