摘  要:目的探讨三维重建及3D打印技术在腹部外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法利用计算机建模软件将腹部CT等二维图像转化为三维立体的模拟影像,借助外科梦工厂3D打印实验室平台完成3D打印模型的实物,用于腹部外科临床带教。通过对典型病例的深入剖析,使受教者全面深入理解疾病的解剖特点、外科决策以及干预的注意事项、预期效果及实际效果等,缩短原来的学习周期,实现教学模式及质量的革新及提升。结果通过总结2015年度和经过应用后的2016年度的带教学生出科考核成绩对比,发现应用后的学生成绩更优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维重建及3D打印技术应用在腹部外科临床带教中,可以革新传统教学模式,有效提升临床教学质量。Objective To investigate the application effects of three-dimensional(3 D)reconstruction and 3 Dprinting technology in clinical teaching of abdominal surgery.Methods We used computer modeling software to convert the 2 Dabdominal CT images into 3 Dsimulation images.We used DreamWorks 3 Dprinting laboratory platform to complete the physical model of 3 Dprinting for the clinical teaching of abdominal surgery.Through analysis of typical cases,we helped the trainees gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the anatomical characteristics of the disease,surgical decisions,intervention considerations,the expected results and the actual results;and shortened the original learning cycle,which achieved innovation of the teaching mode and quality upgrading.Results By comparing the results of teaching assessment in 2015 and 2016 after the application,we found that the students who had been taught with the new approach performed significantly better(P0.05).Conclusion 3 Dreconstruction and 3 Dprinting technology applied in clinical teaching of abdominal surgery can innovate the traditional teaching mode and effectively improve clinical teaching quality.
