摘　　要：我们正处于一个信息技术快速发展的时代,信息化时代是个压力与动力相伴的时代,也是一个容易让教育者迷茫的时代。过度的技术化和技术化不足都易让人产生极端化思维,失去对客观世界和教育教学工作的理性认识。教师面对信息技术的冲击,应当妥善利用信息技术的积极影响,克服其消极影响,积极调整态度,掌握技术,超越自我。同时,应以为人师表的素质,严谨求实的作风,有教无类的态度,做好文化传承的工作,实现教学相长的目标。We are in an era of information technology development rapidly,the information age is an era of pressure and power,but also to be easy confused. Technology excessive and problems are easy produce extreme thinking,then loss the rational understanding of the objective world and education. In the face of the impact on information technology,teachers should make good use of their positive effects,overcome their negative effects,correct their attitude,master technology and surpass themselves. At the same time,we should be a teacher’s quality,rigorous and realistic style,teaching attitude,good cultural heritage work,to achieve the goal of teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
