摘　　要：本文试图通过教学工作学生满意度的调查分析,研究了解学生需求、系部教学管理和教师教学的不足,分析影响教学满意度的因子,以师资队伍建设、实践教学条件建设、学风建设等为抓手,切实提高学院教学管理的质量和教师的教学技能,从而实现培养高素质技术技能型人才的目标。By investigating and analyzing the degree of teaching satisfaction of the students, the writer got to know the needs of the students and the shortcomings of teaching and teaching management in the departments. After analyzing the factors which affect the degree of teaching satisfaction, the writer thinks we should focus on the construction of the teaching body, the practice teaching conditions and the academic discipline, and substantially improve the quality of educational administration and teaching technique to achieve the aim of training the students into professional talents with high quality and high technical ability.
