基于工匠精神的职业院校大学生理想信念教育探究

摘　　要：大学生理想信念教育的针对性不强一直是影响其实效性的原因之一,以工匠精神为载体对大学生进行理想信念教育具有重要意义。理想信念教育要做到内容上科学、教育要求上合理和形式上多样三者的有机统一。内容上要以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为引领深化理想信念教育,以培育和弘扬工匠精神为抓手锻造理想信念;要求上要符合学生思想承载能力,要结合学生实际特性;形式上要借助先进的科技手段实现与时俱进和多样性。The poor pertinence of the ideal and faith education has always been the one of the reasons of its ineffectiveness. At present,the ideal and faith education oriented by Craftsman spirit is essential for the college students.Scientific content,proper means and various forms are the key elements in the process. By means of cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of the craftsman,the content of the ideal and faith education should be based on the core values of socialism. The teaching goals should be combined with the feature of the students and the teaching method should keep pace with the times by using the advanced technique.
