摘　　要：学生资助育人工作一直是我国教育财政体系关注的焦点问题,关乎教育公平与社会公平等核心问题。自2007年起,我国在高等教育阶段逐步建立了"奖、贷、助、补、减"等相对完善的多元化资助政策体系,资助渠道不断拓宽,资助形式逐步完善,资助标准逐渐提高。经过多年的努力,江苏省已经建立起覆盖从学前教育到研究生教育的国家资助政策体系,从制度上基本保障家庭经济困难学生的受教育权力,有力促进了教育公平,维护了社会公平正义。Related to essential issues such as educational equality and social equality, sponsorship policies have remained the focus of both educational and financial ministries. Since 2007, a gradually perfected and multi-dimensioned sponsorship policy system has been established, with characteristics of award, loan, grants, subsidy and reduction. The sponsorship channels, forms and standards have been improved. Many years of effort has led to the establishment of a national sponsorship policy system covering from preschool stage to graduate education, functioning both as basic safeguard of the education rights of financially difficult collegians, and as promotion of educational equality and social equality.
