摘 要:教师培训需求调研是教师专业培训的前提,对培训的实效性有重要意义。调研主要以网络问卷及个别访谈和相关资料的查阅等形式,以陕北榆林地区高中历史骨干教师为主要对象,以"教师对知识培训的需求、培训师资和形式的需求"等十个相关问题展开调研。通过调研,对培训中存在的问题进行归纳整理,在分析的基础上提出一些建议,为新一轮高中历史骨干教师培训的设计和实施提供基本依据。Investigating teachers' training needs is a prerequisite for professional teachers training. It has great importance to the effectiveness of the training. Directing at leading history teachers of high school in Yulin of Shaanxi province,the research focuses on ten relevant issues including teachers' needs for knowledge,trainers and forms,etc.,through online questionnaires,individual interviews and relevant data. This paper tries to summarize the existing problems in training programs,make suggestions based on the analysis,and provide fundamental basis for the design and implementation of new training programs for leading history teachers in high schools.
