城中草原开展休闲体育的研究

摘　　要：作者运用文献资料法、实地考察法、调查法等方法,结合包头市区的地域特征,对城中草原赛罕塔拉公园的休闲体育资源及发展趋势进行了研究.结果显示:休闲体育呈现生活化及多样化的特点;可以与周边学校共享;逐步打造特色的健身体育品牌并推动了包头市休闲体育城市化的发展等.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation and investigation,combined with the regional characteristics of Baotou city and linking theory with practice,the leisure sports resources and development trend of Saihan Tara Park in the urban grassland were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the grassland of Saihan Tara Park leisure sports present life and diversification characteristics; urban grassland sports resources can be shared with neighboring schools; Saihan Tara Park gradually build characteristics of the fitness sports brand and promote the Baotou sports leisure city development.
