摘 要:目的探讨民营医院中人才流失的主要原因以及有效的人力资源管理方法。方法将某市区、县不同类型及等级的民营医院共计6家作为调查对象,以问卷调查法和访谈法进行员工基本情况及满意度调查,分析调查结果。结果民营医院的整体满意度较高,为93.86%,不同维度之间的满意度水平差异有统计学意义,对公平性的满意度最低,对人际关系的满意度最高。结论民营医院的人员结构存在不合理现象,人力资源管理水平有待继续加强,通过有效的人力资源管理可减少人才流失,提高民营医院的运营水平。Objective To study the major causes and effective human resources management method of talent loss in the private hospitals. Methods 6 private hospitals of different types and different levels in a certain city and county were selected as the investigation objects, and the basic conditions and satisfactory degree were surveyed by the questionnaire and interview, and the investigation results were analyzed. Results The holistic satisfactory degree of the private hospitals was higher, which was 93.86%, and the difference in the satisfactory degree level among different dimensions was obvious, and the satisfactory degree to the fairness was the lowest, and the satisfactory degree to the interpersonal relationship was the highest. Conclusion The personnel structure in the private hospitals is not irrational, and the human resource management level needs to be enhanced continuously, and the effective human resources management can reduce the talent loss and improve the operation level of the private hospitals.
