摘 要:从信息技术构建过程相对动态的纵向研究角度出发,将大学生信息素养划分为大学生信息技术理解能力和大学生信息技术应用能力。基于大学生信息素养影响因素的文献梳理,从个人特质和网络环境两个因素出发,通过结构方程模型分析法探究影响因素与关键成分之间的结构关系。数据分析表明,个人特质直接正向作用于信息技术理解能力和应用能力两个关键成分;网络环境直接正向作用于信息技术理解能力,同时也直接作用于个人特质;大学生信息素养的两个关键成分中信息技术理解能力对信息技术应用能力也有明确的直接正向作用。基于数据分析结果,提出三条大学生信息素养的管理支持策略:以区分个人特质为信息素养管理支持的核心关注点,探寻个性化精准化管理支持模式;以优化网络环境为信息素养管理支持的关注重点,营造安全向上"防火墙";以提升信息技术理解能力为信息素养管理支持的关键突破口,构建网络价值观管理支持体系。Starting from the relatively dynamic longitudinal study of information technology construction,the author puts forward that the key component of college students' digital literacy includes the information technology understanding and application. Based on the literature review of the influencing factors of College Students' digital literacy,starting from personal trait and network environment two factors,through the structural equation analysis method,this paper explores the relationship between the influence factors and key components. The data analysis shows that college students' personal traits have direct positive effect on students' information technology understanding and application,the network environment has a direct positive effect on students' information technology understanding,the network environment of college students has a direct positive effect on College Students' personal traits,and college students' information technology understanding has a direct positive effect on the information technology application. Based on the results of data analysis,this study proposes three management support strategies for college students' digital literacy: Using personal traits as the core concern of network literacy cultivating,exploring personalized precise management support mode; using the network environment as the key point of the cultivation of digital literacy,creating a safe and nurturing environment; taking information technology understanding ability as the key breach of digital literacy cultivation,constructing network value management support system.
