高校院级实验教学中心大型精密仪器设备管理探析

摘　　要：高校院级实验教学中心大型精密仪器设备建设管理处于初期探索阶段,管理、共享和机制建设尚不完善。如何管理和利用好院级实验教学中心大型精密仪器设备,关系到高校教学科研工作正常秩序的开展以及学科建设。结合华南农业大学部分学院实验教学中心大型精密仪器设备管理与运行中存在的主要问题,在分析和阐述原因的基础上,对制度建设和队伍建设两大方面进行了积极探索,为促进大型精密仪器设备更好地为实验教学、科研和社会服务,提高设备利用率,科学管理大型精密仪器设备提供参考。The construction and management of large-scale precision instruments and equipment at the college-level experimental teaching centers is in the initial stage of exploration. Management,sharing,and mechanism construction are still not perfect. How to manage and make good use of the large-scale precision instruments and equipment in the experimental teaching centers at colleges and universities involves the development of the normal order of teaching and scientific research in universities and the construction of disciplines. A positive exploration was conducted on two aspects of system and team construction based on the analysis and elaboration of the main problems for the management and operation of large precision instruments and equipment in some college-level experimental teaching centers at South China Agricultural University. Analysis results provide useful reference for better service of precision instruments and equipment in experimental teaching,research and social services,improvement of equipment utilization,and scientific management of large precision instruments and equipment.
