应用型地方高校机电一体化系统设计课程群产教协同的课堂教学模式改革

摘　　要："中国制造2025"时代背景下,制造业正逐渐从传统生产方式向智能制造、协同制造、绿色制造等先进生产方式转变。环杭州湾区域产业发展亟需智能制造方面应用型创新人才。地方高校的根本发展在于变革人才培养模式与机制,突出地方性、应用型和创新性,论文以嘉兴学院浙江省"十三五"智能制造特色专业机电一体化系统设计课程群课堂教学改革为主体内容,聚焦课堂教学,从课堂教学方法、教学内容、实践教学平台等几个方面对人才培养现状进行了分析总结,提炼了产教协同模式下"一转变、二结合、三拓展"的教学改革成果,5年办学成果表明,应用型地方高校机电一体化系统设计课程群产教协同的课堂教学模式改革方向正确,成效显著。Under the background of ＂ Made in China 2025 ＂,the manufacturing industry has been changing from the traditional mode of production to the advanced production modes of intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing,green manufacturing and so on. Industrial development in Hangzhou Bay Area urgently needs for mechanical and electrical innovative application talents. The basic development strategy of local colleges and universities is to change the mode and mechanism of talent training,and to highlight local,application and innovation. By introducing the classroom teaching mode of Mechatronics System Design course group used in intelligent manufacturing specialty of Jiaxing University which was designed for Zhejiang ＂ the 13 th Five-Year Plan ＂,this paper focuses on classroom teaching. Classroom teaching methods, teaching content, practical teaching platform, and the present situation of talent training were analyzed and concluded. The classroom teaching reform’s results of ＂ one transformation,two combinations and three developments ＂ were refined in this paper. The outstanding running achievements of collaborative production and education have proved its rationality in the local application-oriented University.
