摘 要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取何首乌中蒽醌类物质,探讨萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间和夹带剂含量4个单因素对蒽醌类化合物提取效率的影响。通过正交试验确定了何首乌中蒽醌类物质的最佳工艺参数,即萃取温度为55℃,萃取压力为25 MPa,萃取时间为2.5 h,夹带剂含量为15%,提取率达到7.235 mg/g。通过S-8大孔树脂对提取物进行了分离纯化,将纯化产物应用于清除·OH的抗氧化活性研究,试验结果表明,何首乌蒽醌类物质对·OH有较好的清除能力和较强的抗氧化活性。The anthraquinones were extracted from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb by supercritical CO2 extraction technique. The effects of four factors on the extraction,including extracting temperature,extracting pressure,extracting time and entrainer content were studied by single factor test. The optimal conditions of extraction were determined as follows:extracting temperature was 55 ℃,extracting pressure was 25 MPa,extracting time was 2.5 h and entrainer content was 15 %,the maximum rate of extraction of the anthraquinones was 7.235 mg/g. The extraction was separated and purified by macroporous resin S-8,and the purified product was applied to the antioxidant activity of ·OH. The results showed that the anthraquinones of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb had better scavenging ability to·OH and stronger antioxidant activity.
