摘 要:新船能效设计指数EEDI是新造船舶的准入考核指标。研发具有更低EEDI值的绿色船型已成为新造船领域的关注焦点。针对3万吨化学品船,从水动力学角度出发,综合应用线型优化、高效螺旋桨优化和节能装置优化等技术措施,并借助CFD性能评估优化,得到了一型绿色船型方案。经深水拖曳水池快速性船模试验验证,最终的优化船型方案的Attained EEDI值较基线值降低了30.6%,达到了EEDI第III阶段减排的要求。The energy efficiency design index EEDI is an assessment index of admittance for new building ships. Development of a green ship with lower attained EEDI value has become the focus of the shipbuilding industry. From the perspective of hydrodynamics, integrated measures of hull line optimization, energy saving devices and high efficiency propeller are applied to a 30,000 DWT chemical tanker. Based on power performance predicted by CFD, an optimal ship is achieved. According to the model test results in towing tank, the attained EEDI of the optimal ship is reduced by 30.6% from the baseline, meeting the emission reduction requirements of the EEDI Phase Ⅲ.
