摘　　要："运输配送作业与管理"是物流管理专业课程改革中具有实用性、操作性和理论性相结合的一门技术技能课程。部分高职院校在本课程教学中存在着多门课程内容重复、教学方法单调、教材内容偏重理论等问题。参照物流配送相关岗位职业要求和工作任务,对课程进行总体设计,优化、整合了课程内容,开发出以运输方式为载体的理实一体的运输配送作业与管理课程,在教学模式、教学方法及考核评价标准等方面进行探索,构建了理实一体的教学模式。＂Transportation and distribution operation and management＂is a technical skill course which is practical,operational and theoretical in the curriculum reform of logistics management. In the teaching of this course,there are many problems in this course,such as the repetition of many courses,the monotonous teaching methods and the theory of the heavy content of the teaching materials.According to the logistics related occupation requirements and tasks,the theory and practice course of ＂the transportation and distribution operation and management＂is developed using the mode of transport as the carrier by the overall design of the curriculum,the optimization and integration of curriculum content.The integration of theory and practice teaching mode is constructed by exploring in the teaching mode,teaching method and evaluation standard.
