创建面向区域教育发展协同创新中心的实践与思考

摘　　要：地方高等院校在人才培养同时,要充分发挥面向区域行业产业创新体系和区域经济社会发展中的独特地位,协同创新中心的建设和机制创新是有效途径和手段。借鉴宁波教育学院的改革与实践经验,面向区域教育发展协同创新中心要基于需求导向,凸显功能定位,创新组织模式,聚焦核心使命,成为彰显办学特色的重要理论研究和实践平台。It is necessary for local colleges and universities to play a full role in the regional economy development and industry innovative system when they take major tasks of talent cultivation, and establishing collaborative innovation center with a new mechanism is an effective way and means. Taking Ningbo Institute of Education for reference, such an innovative center to be constructed should be need-based,function-located, organization-reformed, mission-focused so as to highlight college and university education characteristics of theoretical and practical study platform.
