摘　　要：在竞争激烈、充满变动的时代,唯有通过品质的提升、强化与提高学校的能见度,才能塑造优质、有品牌的学校文化。运用行业的卓越绩效制度,探究提升教育服务品质的可行方案,作为检核学校教育服务品质的参考依据;以品质管理观点为核心,以教育品质及企业与公务体系推广多时的服务品质为基础,建构学校教育服务品质体系。In the competitive and changeable era,only by promoting the quality,strengthening and improving the visibility of the university can we shape superior brand campus culture. We should explore the feasible program of enhancing educational service quality based on the industry excellence performance system and make it the reference to evaluate university education service quality and taking quality management as the core,build university education service quality system based on educational quality and service quality popularized by enterprises and public service for a long time.
