摘  要:高职院校中现代学徒制人才的培养模式对培养技术技能型人才有着重要的作用,同时现代学徒制也为培育高职院校学生工匠精神提供了一定的体制基础,在高职院校现代学徒制下培养学生乐于奉献、敬业守信、精益求精的工匠精神,就必须加强学校和企业的联合。因此,从现代学徒制与工匠精神的联系着手,分析探讨我国高职院校人才素养的现状,并且基于现代学徒制人才培养模式,提出几点培育高职学生工匠精神的措施,以期为培养满足我国社会发展的高素质人才奠定基础。The mode of cultivating modern apprenticeship talents in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in cultivating skilled talents. At the same time,modern apprenticeship system also provides some institutional basis for cultivating students' artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges. It is imperative to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation in order to cultivate students' artisan spirit characterized devotion,integrity and pursuit of excellence under the modern apprenticeship of higher vocational colleges. Therefore,this paper starts with the connection between modern apprenticeship and artisan spirit,analyzes and probes into the status quo of talent literacy in higher vocational colleges in our country,and puts forward some measures to cultivate artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges based on the modern training model of apprenticeship in order to lay foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents who adapt to China's social development.
