改性纯钛支架义齿的临床应用效果及润湿性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察渗氮类金刚石膜应用于纯钛支架义齿后的临床效果以及对义齿表面润湿性的影响。方法:为8例上下牙列均有缺失的患者镶配纯钛支架义齿,随机选取每例患者上下义齿支架中的一个镀制渗氮类金刚石膜,对其临床效果进行评价;采用接触角测定仪测量改性后的试件接触角并计算表面自由能。结果:纯钛活动义齿镀制渗氮类金刚石薄膜后,在临床上得到了患者的认可;对比未镀膜纯钛义齿,镀膜组义齿在改善色素沉着,颜色变暗和口感等方面具有明显优势;渗氮类金刚石膜的表面自由能大于未改性组。结论:纯钛表面经渗氮类金刚石膜修饰后提高了表面润湿性和戴用舒适性。Objective： To evaluate the nitriding DLC film applied to the clinical effects of pure titanium removable partial denture, and the denture surface wettability. Methods： In eight cases of upper and lower dentition with missing inlay complex titanium stent, a case with was randomly selected, and a nitriding DLC coating film was chosen on the dentures to evaluate its clinical effects. The contact angle was measured after sexual contact angle as week as the surface free energy.Result： Pure titanium denture frameworks plating by infiltration nitrogen class of diamond thin films used in clinical practice is acceptable; Comparing to uncoated titanium denture, it was superior in coated group to improve the pigmentation to darken in color, taste and other advantages; nitriding the DLC film surface free energy is greater than that in the unmodified group. Conclusion： Titanium surface after nitriding DLC film improves surface wettability and wearing comfort.
