高职实训基地内涵建设的对策思考--以浙江省为例

摘　　要：从2014-2015和2015-2016两个学年度的调研分析看,浙江省实训基地建设在设备总数、设备总值、生均设备值、校外实训基地数量等方面均有较大的增长,在应用绩效、实践教学改革等方面也取得了突出的成绩。与江苏省、广东省等相比,同类指标齐头并进,但在发展过程中也存在人员数量与质量不足、信息化水平不高、发展不均衡等问题,亟需在政策、途径、绩效等方面进一步提升水平与质量。Seeing the results of investigation on training bases of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, Zhejiang Province has got a big increase in the total amount and total cost of the equipment, equipment value per student, and the number of training bases outside the school, and has made outstanding achievements in application performance and practical teaching reform. Compared with provinces such as Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province, the similar index go hand in hand, but there also exist problems, such as the deficiency in quantity and quality of personnel, lower informatization level, and developmental disequilibrium. Thus, it is desiderate to improve the level and quality of policy, pathway and achievement.
