摘  要:以2-氨基芳基酮与α-亚甲基酮为原料,在氯化胆碱/草酸组成的深共熔溶剂中,通过Friedl?nder缩合反应,合成了一系列喹啉衍生物(Ⅲa^k),对其结构进行了1HNMR、13CNMR及HRMS表征,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明:在80℃、无催化剂条件下油浴加热反应1 h时收率最高,为62%~94%,深共熔溶剂重复利用3次性能无明显降低。A series of quinoline derivatives(Ⅲa^k) were synthesized in deep eutectic solvent composed of choline chloride and oxalic acid by the Friedl?nder condensation reaction using 2-aminoaryl ketones and α-methylene ketones as materials. The products were characterized by 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR and HRMS. In addition, the reaction conditions were optimized. The results indicated that a method for the synthesis of products under catalyst-free condition was developed, and the highest yields of products ranged from 62% to 94% at 80 ℃ for 1 h. The properties of deep eutectic solvent showed no obvious change after being recycled three times.
