摘　　要：抗战时期,随着妇女解放与育儿矛盾加剧,中国共产党在陕甘宁边区制定了一系列较为完善的学前儿童保教政策。陕甘宁边区第一保育院成立后,作为党领导的第一所儿童公育机关,其在幼儿膳食、心理健康、卫生保健和教育教学方法等四个方面进行了卓有成效的探索,既保育了革命后代又为抗战建国培养了人才,更在我国学前儿童全面发展教育内容的确立、教育方法探索和幼儿园管理等方面积累了一定的历史经验。During the Anti-Japanese War,with the intensification of the conflict between women＇s liberation and child rearing,the Communist Party of China formulated a series of relatively perfect preschool children＇s education policies in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. Under the leadership of the Communist Party,the first nursery in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was established. As the first children＇s public education institution under the leadership of the party,it has made fruitful explorations in four aspects： children＇s diet,mental health education,health care,and teaching method. The first nursery not only has conserved of the revolutionary offspring,but also has cultivated talents for the Anti-Japanese War and the construction of our country. At the same time,it has provided reference in the establishment of educational content,exploration of educational methods and kindergarten management for the full development of preschool children in our country.
