腹腔镜治疗儿童隐睾的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿隐睾的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的208例隐睾患儿,平均年龄(1.16±0.45)岁,左侧83例,右侧98例,双侧隐睾27例;腹股沟型204侧,腹腔内型31侧,行腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术,并对临床治疗效果进行分析。结果本组208例患儿中,235侧隐睾均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无中转开放手术,224侧一次手术完成,11侧隐睾行Fowlerstephens分期手术,手术时间平均(31.6±5.2)min。结论腹腔镜下睾丸固定术是治疗儿童高位隐睾首选方法,临床效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of pediatric cryptorchidism.Methods 208 cases of children were definited diagnosis of cryptorchidism treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospective analyzed.The mean age was（1.16±0.45） years old.Left cryptorchidism were found in 83 cases,right cryptorchidism in 98 cases and bilateral cryptorchidism in 27 cases; 204 undeclined testes were in the inguinal region,31 undeclined testes were in the abdominal cavity.They were treated with laparoscopy and the results of the clinical treatment were analyzed.Results Among the 208 cases,235 cryptorchidism were performed under laparoscope.Laparoscopic orchiopexy were performed in 224 cases,and fowler-Stephens stage surgery were performed in 11 cases.The average operation time was（31.6±5.2）min.Conclusion In clinic,laparoscopy is the preferred treatment method for children with high cryptorchidism.Clinical effect is satisfied.
