摘  要:文章利用2011-2016年我国创业板高科技上市公司面板数据,运用混合效应模型对高管团队特征、创新机会识别与高科技企业成长之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果发现:技术创新投入越多越有利于高科技企业快速成长,研发项目规划对高科技企业成长存在正向影响但不显著;高管团队任期较长、受教育程度较高有利于促进高科技企业成长,但高管团队的职业经历过多不利于高科技企业成长;进一步研究发现,有研发项目规划的高科技企业,其高管团队特征对高科技企业成长的影响更为显著。在此基础上,针对高科技企业的成长提出了一些相关政策建议。This paper,based on the the panel data of high-tech companies listed on GEM in China from 2011 to 2016,applies the mixed effect model to make an empirical analysis on the relationship among executives team characteristics,innovation opportunity recognition and high-tech enterprise growth. The results show that: The investment in technological innovation is in favor of the rapid growth of high-tech enterprises,and the RD project planning has a positive impact on the business growth,but not significant; The tenure of executives team and the level of education are in favor of promoting high-tech enterprise growth,whereas the diversity of executives team career experience has a negative effect on high-tech enterprise growth. The further study finds that executives team characteristics in high-tech enterprises with RD project planning play a more important role in the corporate growth. Accordingly,the paper proposes some policy suggestions on the growth of high-tech enterprises.
