高职院校学生团体心理辅导开展现状及成效研究

摘　　要：团体心理辅导现今已成为高职院校学生心理健康教育的主要载体,在提高学生心理素质以及普及心理健康知识等方面有着极其重要的作用,是进行心理健康教育的一种有效形式。本文介绍了近几年高职院校团体心理辅导在新生入学教育、思想政治教育、职业生涯规划等领域的开展情况,分析了团体心理辅导在以上这些领域的效果。最后,总结出高职院校团体心理辅导仍存在的问题并且针对这些问题提出了相应的改进建议。Group psychological counseling has now become the main carrier of mental health education for students in higher vocational colleges. It has played an extremely important role in popularizing mental health knowledge and improving students＇ psychological quality in higher vocational colleges. It is an effective form of mental health education. This paper introduces the situation of group psychological counseling undertaken in higher vocational colleges in the fields such as admission education,ideological and political education,career planning and class construction in the last few years,and analyzes the achievements it has gained in these fields. Finally,problems still existing in colleges＇ group psychological counseling and relevant suggestions for improvement are concluded.
