加强高职学生课外体育活动指导策略的研究

摘　　要：课外体育活动是我们高职院校在体育教学中不可忽视的一部分,是体育教学的重要补充,也是学校体育教学的重要组成部分,它可以强身健体、愉悦心情,既能提升高职院校学生的体能,又能促进学生身体健康,所以我们体育教学中在强调上课的组织方式的同时,也不能疏忽课外体育活动在学校体育中的重要地位与作用,在上好体育课的基础上,必须积极组织开展好课外体育活动。本文从高职院校学生在课外体育锻炼中面临的问题入手,提出针对性的策略与建议,在原有的基础上改进与完善高职院校学生课外体育活动方案,鼓励和引导学生积极参加课外体育活动,提高高职院校培养德、智、体、美全面发展的优秀毕业生。Extracurricular sports activities are the key parts that cannot be ignored in physical education in vocational and technical colleges. It is the most important supplement to physical education and it is also one of the most important parts of physical education in colleges. It can build up one＇s body, make one pleased and sound in body and mind. It can both enhance the students＇ physical strength and improve the students＇ healthy condition, so we should emphasize the class organization in physical education and cannot ignore the important position and role of extracurricular sports activities in physical education.Based on a good PE class, the teacher should actively organized extracurricular sports activities. Starting with the problems faced by the students in extracurricular sports activities, this paper puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions, and improves the previous programs for extracurricular sports activities, encourages the students to take an active part in extracurricular sports activities, and finally cultivates the fully-developed graduates in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic in vocational and technical colleges.
