摘　　要：随着积极心理学的兴起,乐观主义成为西方心理学研究的热点。乐观总是与一些积极品质相关,乐观不仅会对个体产生一定的积极影响,而且也会对社会产生重要的积极影响。世界上没有单向的情绪,乐观与悲观往往并行存在,在情绪碰撞中更要注意两者之间的价值融合。乐观主义是当前社会追求精神满足所必要的因素,其发展势头不可阻挡,必将成为心理学研究领域的新取向。As the developing of the positive psychology, the optimism has been the hot topic in the field of the western psychology researching. Optimism is always related with positive qualities, optimism has a good effect not only on individuals, but also on society. There is no monodirectional emotion, optimism and pessimism always exist in paralleling, and thus we had better pay attention to the syncretic of these two sides. In this paper also prospects the future development of optimism, and it is the essential factor of our current society to pursue the satisfaction of spirit. The development momentum is unstoppable and will become a new orientation in the field of psychology research.
