摘  要:转型发展是国家调整高等教育结构的战略决策,整体转型是高校转型发展的模式之一。目前,引导部分本科高校转型发展改革的试点工作已经启动,整体转型背景下的高校公共课教师专业发展也将面临重新调整的挑战。本文通过分析整体转型高校公共课教师现状和转型给公共课教师带来的影响,提出适应整体转型发展需要的高校公共课教师专业发展方向与路径选择。Transformation and development is the strategic decision of the state to adjust the structure of higher education.The overall transformation is one of the modes of university transformation and development. At present, the pilot work to guide the transformation and reform of some undergraduate colleges has been launched, and the professional development of public classroom teachers in colleges and universities will face the challenge of re-adjustment. This paper analyzes the status quo and transformation of public teachers in the whole transition universities to the public classroom teachers, and proposes the professional development direction and path selection of college public teachers to meet the needs of overall transformation and development.
