摘  要:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取腺叶桂樱叶的精油,利用GC-MS分析了精油的化学成分,测定了精油中总多酚和总黄酮含量,并对精油的抗氧化活性,包括DPPH自由基、羟基自由基和ABTS自由基及还原能力;以及利用生长速率法测试精油的抑菌活性。结果表明:精油中主要成分为苯甲醛,含量为38.90%;精油中总多酚含量为8.60%,总黄酮含量为3.75%。抗氧化活性表明,精油对羟基自由基的清除活性较好,半清除率为7.548 mg/m L,与对照TBHQ活性相当;DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基的清除活性和还原作用则不如对照药剂。抑菌活性表明,精油对芒果蒂腐病菌有较好的抑菌活性,抑制率为73.58%,与桉叶油活性相当。由此推测,腺叶桂樱精油可作为天然抗氧化剂和芒果保鲜剂的备选。The essential oil was extracted from Laurocerasus phaeosticta leaves by hydrodistillation. The chemical composition of the essential oil was analyzed by GC-MS, and the total polyphenols and total flavonoids were determined. The antioxidant activities of the essential oil, including DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical and ABTS free radical and reducing power, were tested by using the mycelium growth method. The results showed that the main component of the essential oil was benzaldehyde with a content of 38.90%. The essential oil contained 8.60%t of total polyphenol and 3.75% of total flavonoids.The antioxidant activity test showed that the essential oil had better hydroxyl radical scavenging activity with an IC50 being 7.548 mg/ml, which was not different from that of the control TBHQ, and that the essential oil was lower in scavenging effect and reduction capacity of DPPH radical and ABTS radical than the control. The inhibitory activity showed that the essential oil had better antifungal activity against the pathogen of mango stem end rot(Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat), with an inhibition of 73.58%, which was similar to that of the eucalyptus oil. The essential oil of L. phaeosticta could be used as a natural antioxidant and a preservative for storage of mango.
