摘 要:目的:探讨益母草及其伪品夏至草挥发性成分的异同点,为益母草的真伪鉴别提供科学依据。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气质联用技术(GC-MS)对益母草和夏至草挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共检测出52种成分,鉴定出36种成分,主要为烯类、醇类、醛类和酮类,从益母草中检测出31个峰,鉴定出27个成分,占总挥发性成分的66.76%;从夏至草中检测出21个峰,鉴定出16种成分,占总挥发性成分的62.63%。结论:益母草和夏至草的挥发性成分总离子流图的峰型较相似,但化学成分差异较大,两者共有成分有7种,含量差异大,益母草的主要成分为大根香叶烯D,占挥发性成分的25.31%,夏至草的主要成分为1-石竹烯,占总挥发性成分的20.24%。Objective: To analyze the similarities and differences of volatile components between Yimucao (Leonurus Japonicus Houtt) and its counterfeit Xiazhicao (Lagopsis Supine), to provide scientific basis for the au- thenticity of Yimucao (Leonurus Japonicus Houtt). Methods: The study used HS-SPME combined with GC-MS to analyze and compare the volatile components of Yimucao (Leonurus Japonicus Houtt) and Xiazhicao (Lagopsis Supine). The relative contents in percentage of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Results: A total of 52 components were detected, identifing 36 kinds of ingredients, mainly alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes and ketones. And 31 peaks were detected from Yimucao (Leonurus Japonicus Houtt), 27 components were identified, accounting for 66.76% of volatile components; 21 peaks were detected from its adulterants Lagopsis supina, 16 kinds of ingredients were identified, accounting for 62.63% of volatile components. Conclu- sion: Yimucao (Leonurus Japonicus Houtt) and Xiazhicao (Lagopsis Supine) volatile components of the total ion flow chart peak are similar, but different in chemical compositions, There are seven kinds of common ingredi- ents, but different in content. Germacrene D is the main component of Leonurus japonicus Houtt, accounted for 25.31% of volatile components, the main component of its adulterants Lagopsis supine is 1-Caryophyllene, ac- counted for 20.24% of total volatile components.
