摘　　要：发展混合所有制职业院校,是改变职业教育封闭单一的办学模式,提高人才培养质量的重要探索。职业院校混合所有制办学需要处理好校企之间发展目标、理念的差异,理顺不同主体的产权和利益关系,克服一系列阻碍因素。从办学外部制度环境、内在治理结构、办学经费、师资和教学质量等方面建立和完善保障机制是推进职业院校混合所有制办学模式建立和持续健康发展的必要前提。Developing mixed-ownership vocational colleges is an important exploration to improve the quality of talents training by changing the single mode of professional education. It is necessary to deal with the differences of the development goals and concepts between colleges and enterprises,and adjust the property rights and interests of different subjects to overcome a series of obstacles. The establishment and improvement of the safeguard mechanism from the external institutional environment,internal governance structure,running funds,teaching staff and teaching quality,are the necessary prerequisites for the establishment,sustainable and healthy development of mixed-ownership in vocational colleges.
