摘 要:剖析了医院现行绩效分配弊端,探索建立公立医院基于绩效考核结果的绩效分配制度。旨在通过新制度的建立,提高医疗质量、提升服务水平,调动医务人员的工作积极性、提升患者的就医感受,从而实现医院绩效管理的科学化、精细化。This paper analyzes the abuse of current performance salary in the hospital,and explores to build up performance salary system based on performance appraisal results in public hospitals. Through the establishment of the new system,improve the medical quality and service levels,and also can promote the enthusiasm of medical staff and enhance patients' feeling of medical treatment,so as to carry out scientific and refined of hospital performance management.
