摘 要:民以食为天,食以安为先。随着人们农产品质量安全意识的不断增强,大米制品中的重金属镉含量越来越受到人们的关注。镉是人体非必需元素,1997年FAO/WHO把镉列为第三位优先研究的食品污染物,联合国环境规划署提出了12种具有全球性意义的危险化学物质,"镉"被列为首位。为确保粮食安全、保障人体健康,本文采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,对部分市售米粉中的镉含量进行检测分析研究。经验证,测定结果真实可靠、方法的重复稳定性较好,该方法可有效检测米粉制品中的镉含量。People to eat for the day to eat with security as the first. With the increasing awareness of the quality and safety of agricultural products, more and more people pay attention to the heavy metal cadmium content in rice products. Cadmium is non-essential elements in human body. In 1997, the FAO/WHO food pollutant cadmium as the third priority research, and the UN environment programme(UNEP) is put forward 12 kinds of dangerous chemicals has global meaning that cadmium is listed as the first. In order to ensure food security and human health, this paper uses the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to detect the cadmium content in rice products. The results show that the method can be used to detect the content of cadmium in rice products, which is close to the true value and the sample has better stability.
