摘 要:考察绿豆多肽化橘红复合解酒饮料(绿橘解酒饮)的解酒效果,并对其解酒机制进行初探。采用乙醇致小鼠醉酒模型,以RU21为阳性对照,通过小鼠睡眠潜伏时间、睡眠时间等指标考察不同剂量绿橘解酒饮对醉酒小鼠的预防和解酒效果,用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定血液中乙醇浓度;取肝脏组织匀浆检测乙醇脱氢酶(alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH)、谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量,并对肝组织进行切片分析。结果表明,中、高剂量的绿橘解酒饮能显著延长醉酒小鼠的睡眠潜伏时间,显著缩短睡眠时间,降低血液中乙醇含量,能有效提升乙醇诱导的肝脏中ADH和GSH活力,抑制MDA含量的升高。肝脏切片结果显示,中、高绿橘解酒饮组无炎症。综上所述,中、高剂量的绿橘解酒饮具有明显的解酒作用,对醉酒小鼠的肝脏有较好的保护作用。The sobering effects of mung bean polypeptide-Exocarpium Citrus Grandis complex drink were observed and its sobering mechanism was explored. Mice models with alcohol-induced drunkenness were prepared, and RU21 was taken as positive control,then through the measurement of sleep latency and sleep time of drunk mice administrated by the drink with different dosages, the prophylactic and sobering effects of the drink were investigated. Besides, the concentration of ethanol in blood was measured by GCMS, and ADH, GSH and MDA in liver homogenate were also measured. Furthermore, histopathology study of liver tissue was performed. The results suggested that, high dosage of the drink could significantly prolong the latency time, dramatically shorten the drunk sleep time, reduce the content of alcohol in blood, increase the content of ADH and GSH markedly, and inhibit the content of MDA. Liver slice results proved that there was no inflammation in mice groups with middle-dose and high-dose of the drink. Accordingly, middle/high-dose of mung bean polypeptide-Exocarpium Citrus Grandis complex drink had good sobering effects and good liver protection functions on drunk mice.
