摘　　要：日语语篇中,人称代词常常以"代替"和"省略"两种形式隐匿起来。日语人称代词的隐匿性,根源在于日语表达的人际关系限定性和视点一惯性。日语语篇汉译过程中,需要明确内外关系、上下关系、尊卑关系,转换发话人视点,补充人称代词明确所指。Concealment of Japanese personal pronouns refers to the distinctive linguistic feature that personal pronouns are omitted or substituted in the discourse. The concealment of Japanese personal pronouns results from the fuzziness of Japanese and the consistent viewpoint. Therefore,in the process of Japanese-Chinese translation,it is necessary to identify the relationship between internal and external relations,between upper and lower relations,and between the respected and the inferior so as to transfer the speaker＇s viewpoint and complement the reference of the pronouns.
