基于“中国制造2025”开展高职院校技能大赛的思考

摘　　要："中国制造2025"国家战略的推出,对高职人才培养提出了新要求,也悄然引发高职教育的变革。高职院校技能大赛围绕国家发展大举,顺应国家创新驱动发展战略新需求,对接新产业、新技术、新业态发展,呈现出许多新特点。本文在阐述高职院校技能大赛重要意义的基础上,对"中国制造2025"背景下的高职院校技术大赛的特点进行了分析,以期为高职院校技能大赛更好地发挥引领和导向作用助力。The launch of ＂Made in China 2025＂national strategy has put forward new requirements for the training of higher vocational talents,and has also quietly triggered the transformation of higher vocational education.The skill competition of higher vocational colleges is based on the development of country,conforming to the new needs of the national innovation-driven development strategy,and joints with new industries,new technologies and new forms of development,showing many new features. While pointing out the importance of higher vocational college skill competitions,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the technical competition of higher vocational colleges under the background of ＂Made in China 2025＂,in order to better lead and guide the higher vocational colleges skill competitions.
