中药技能型人才国际化教学标准的研究与建设

摘　　要：随着我国中医中药在世界范围健康需求的增加,中医药教育的海外市场需求同样增大。相对中医人才的在国外的快速发展,中药技能型人才则难以满足中医药在国际市场的发展需要,发展中药高等职业教育是中药走向世界的必经之路。天津中新药业有限公司与天津生物工程职业技术学院合作,凭借天津中新药业有限公司在海外经营中药材、中成药的优势,对海外中药技能型人才的需要开展多方调研,在天津中药学专业国际化教学标准开发过程中的实践探索,希望培养出思想文化上具有本土根基,国际视野;在专业技能上能够领先的高素质、国际化技能人才。As traditional Chinese medicine health care in the world, the education of Chinese medicine has huge space for development. Person with ability of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in foreign countries, is difficult to meet. The development of higher vocational education of TCM is the path of the world. In Tianjin higher vocational education traditional Chinese medicine internationalization of professional teaching standards development practice, in the process, putting forward countermeasures about to promote internationalization of higher vocational education in China, to lead the high quality and skills of internationalization talents.
