摘　　要：学籍管理制度在高校的教育教学中起着非常重要的作用,是开展学籍管理工作的重要依据。本文从学校、学院两个层面分析了学籍管理的功能定位、职责权限,构建了学分制下校院两级学籍管理的体系,进而提出了改善学籍管理的具体措施。The enrollment management system plays a very important role in the teaching of universities,and is animportant basis for the enrollment management.From the two levels of school and college,this paper analyzes thefunction and duty of student enrollment management,and constructs the two level enrollment management systemunder the credit system,and puts forward measures for improving student enrollment management.
