摘　　要：目的比较初戴生理性支抗Spee氏弓矫治器MLF托槽与Damon Q自锁托槽正畸治疗疼痛程度及不适情况的差异性。方法选取2016年到2017年在新疆医科大学第五附属医院口腔科12~18岁行固定正畸的患者120例,通过随机数字表法将患者分为实验组及对照组,各60例,实验组使用MLF托槽,对照组使用DamonQ自锁托槽(标准转矩),分别给患者发放问卷调查,使用视觉评分表法(即VAS法)评估患者于初戴矫治器后2 h、4 h、8 h、24 h及2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d、7 d各时间点的疼痛强度,要求患者记录疼痛或不适对睡眠质量的影响。结果有效问卷为115份,该研究问卷回收率为95.8%。MLF托槽组与Damon Q自锁托槽组疼痛发生率、疼痛强度及不适(或)疼痛对睡眠质量的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上,MLF托槽值得更进一步推广和应用。Objective Physiologic Anchorage Spee＇ To compare the differences in the degree pain and discomfort between the s-wire System MLF brackets and the self- locking brackets during initial orthdontic treatment.Methods 120 adolescent cases were selected from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Department of orthodontics for fixed orthodontic patients from 2016 to 2017,the experimental group and the control group were randomly divided ,60cases respectively,the observation group wore physiological anchorage SPee＇s appliances MLF brackets while the control group wore Damon Q standard torque self-ligating brackets,They obtained a questionnaire severally, VAS was used to evaluate the time of occurrence of pain and the degree of the pain at 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 24 h, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d, 5 d, 6 d and 7 d after the orthodontic treatment, Recorded discomfort and pain effect on patients＇ sleep quality.ResuRs 115 valid questionnaires were reclaimed and the rate of recovery was 95.8%.There was no significantly differences in the incidence of pain and the degree of the pain and quality of sleep between the MLF bracketsand the Damon Q self-ligating brackets（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Clinically, MLF brackets is worthy of further promotion and application.
