转型高校应用型管理类课程的教学改革与创新

摘　　要：现代企业对经营管理人才素质提出新要求,应用型高校必须不断完善与优化人才培训方案,以满足经济与社会发展。根据当前高校应用型管理类课程教学存在的问题与不足,探究从教学内容体系、教学方式方法、教学考核评价、教学质量控制等方面对教学进行设计重构,并针对性提出几项改革与创新举措。Modern enterprises put forward new requirements to the quality of management talents, so applied colleges and universities must constantly improve and optimize the talent training program to meet the economic and social development. According tothe existing problems and shortcomings in the teaching of applied management courses in colleges and universities, this paper probesinto the design and reconstruction of teaching from the aspects of teaching content system, teaching methods, teaching evaluation andteaching quality control, etc., pointing out several reforms, innovative measures.
