摘　　要：目的设计评价指标对主流的进口和国产立体定向放疗设备进行评价和分析。方法通过专家咨询法和头脑风暴法设计售前、售中和售后指标,并对立体定向放疗设备进行评价。结果在售前、售中和售后三个阶段上建立6个企业服务层面指标,11个产品服务层面指标和4个客户服务层面指标。结论设计立体定向放疗服务评价体系指标有利于找到国产产品与国外一流立体放疗设备服务上的差距,为国产立体定向放疗设备服务的提高提供依据。Objective To design index for analysis and evaluation of mainstream import and domestic stereotactic body radiation therapy （SBRT）. Methods The pre-sales, sales and after-sales indicators were designed by expert consultation and brainstorming, and the stereotactic radiotherapy equipment was evaluated. Results Six enterprise service level indicators, 11 product service level indicators and 4 customer service level indicators were established in pre-sales, sales and after-sales stages. Conclusion The establishment of SBRT service evaluation index is conducive to the fnding of gap between service of domestic and imported devices, and it can provide basis for the improvement for domestic SBRT service.
