摘  要:目的:进一步促进瑜伽深度融入我国学校体育。方法:采取实地调研和问卷调查,并综合运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对我国高校瑜伽课程体系建设状况展开调查研究。结果:高校瑜伽课程已演化为一种以大学生为教学对象,以校园为传播范围,以瑜伽体位为主要练习手段的体育教育过程。随着我国"瑜伽热"辐射范围持续延伸,瑜伽的教育价值受到高校广大师生一致认可。在高校,以体育课堂教学、课外运动竞赛、体育社团和体育专业培养为主要形式的多位一体的瑜伽人才培养模式正处于发展的初级阶段。结论:高校瑜伽课程体系建设较薄弱、尚未形成完善的校园瑜伽运动组织管理体系、瑜伽专业教师队伍建设薄弱等3个方面是当前国内高校瑜伽发展存在的主要问题。产生上述问题的原因主要在于:瑜伽在我国本土化发展的整体理论构建欠缺,政府层面对瑜伽进行宏观管理与指导的力度不足,高校瑜伽师资队伍专业化程度不高。Objective: To further promote the integration of yoga with the school sports in China.Method: Adopting the methods of field investigation and questionnaire as well as literature study,expert interview and statistics, the author studied the status of yoga curriculum construction in someof the universities in China. Result: Yoga curriculum in the universities has been evolved intoa pro-cess of physical education, which takes the students as the teaching object, the campus as thespreading scope and the yoga postures as the main practice means. Following the continuous widespread influence of Hot Yoga in China, the education value of yoga has been recognized by the uni-versity teachers and students. In China's universities, the yoga talent cultivation model with the typesof PE classroom teaching, extracurricular sports competition and talent cultivation by the sportsclubs and sports majors is at the initial stage of development. Conclusion: The construction of the u-niversity yoga curriculum system is still weak. A perfect campus yoga organization and managementsystem has not been formed yet. And we do not have enough professional yoga teachers. Those arethe main existing problems in the yoga development of the domestic universities. The cause for theabove problems lies in the deficient general theoretical construction of the localization developmentof Yoga in China, the insufficient macro management and instruction of the government for yogaand the lower level of the professionalization of the university yoga teachers.
