摘　　要：基于DPSIR模型构建指标体系,对我国战略性新兴产业创新能力进行评价,结果表明,东部地区的产业创新能力较强,但长三角、珠三角、京津冀区域内优势地区的创新扩散能力难以充分发挥,而伴随创新驱动国家战略的贯彻实施和"一带一路"战略的持续推进,西部地区战略性新兴产业创新能力得到提升。Based on the DPSIR model, an index system is constructed to evaluate the innovation capability of China＇s strategicemergent industries. The results show that the industrial innovation capability of the eastern region is strong, but the innovation and diffusioncapacity of the advantageous regions in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is difficult tofully exert, and with the implementation of the national strategy driven by innovation and the continuous advancement of the ＂the Belt andthe Road＂ strategy, the innovative ability of strategic emerging industries in the western region has been enhanced.
