摘　　要：分析了高职生源多样性,阐述了完全学分制现状,提出了基于生源多样化特征的高职完全学分对策。This paper analyzes the diversity of students in higher vocational colleges, expounds the current situation of complete creditsystem, and puts forward the countermeasures of complete credits in higher vocational colleges based on the diversified characteristics ofstudents.
